For prom and graduation season, we recommend reaching out at least 60 to 90 days in advance. Those dates fill up quickly. For smaller or shorter-notice events like pep rallies or talent shows, we can often accommodate tighter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is available.
Yes. If your school has a fixed sound system or lighting rig installed, we can integrate our equipment and crew with what you already have in place. Let us know during the consultation and we will plan accordingly.
Absolutely. We regularly produce outdoor pep rallies, graduation ceremonies, and school concerts. Outdoor events require additional planning around power, weather contingencies, and speaker coverage — all things we factor in during consultation.
