Our crew arrives early and handles everything — main stage, breakout rooms, staging, and all AV. Your event staff does not need to touch a single piece of gear.

3. On-Site Event Operation

We stay through every session. Our team manages audio levels, runs presentations, adjusts lighting, and handles anything that comes up during the event. You run the conference. We handle the production.

For multi-day or large-scale conferences, we recommend reaching out at least 60 to 90 days in advance. For smaller meetings and single-day events, we can often work with shorter lead times — reach out and we will let you know what is available.

Can you handle multi-room conferences?

Yes. We regularly support conferences with simultaneous sessions across multiple breakout rooms in addition to a main general session. Let us know your session structure during the consultation and we will build a crew and equipment plan that covers every room.

Do you support hybrid conferences?

Yes. We can integrate camera feeds, livestream outputs, and clean audio capture into your production setup so remote attendees receive a professional experience alongside your in-room audience.

Can you work with our venue's in-house AV team?

Yes. If your venue has an in-house AV provider, we can work alongside them or supplement their capabilities with additional equipment and crew. We are used to navigating both union and non-union venue environments.
